I am working on the list for the men's normal hill ski jump, but as you can see from the link, the process can be extensive.
International Ski Federation Qualifiers
Competitors are eligible who have gained FIS World Cup, Grand Prix or
Continental Cup points during the qualification period (July 2012 – 19 January
2014).
